A Byron Bay hinterland wedding is always one to look forward to. Burringbar is an absolute gem of the Northern Rivers and it was here where Kelly grew up. Because of their connection with the area, Kelly & Ashley decided to plan their very special day, with close friends & family where it all begun. Thanks to Kelly’s folks, their pup, cows, chickens & beautiful property I couldn’t really go wrong with inspiration for photos. Better yet, I ticked off a big moment in my photography career. I shot a wedding with Llamas! (Disclaimer: They were actually Alpacas, but hey close enough).
It was a cracking day for a wedding, a beautiful afternoon ceremony full of warm sunlight & the smell of the hinterland. Kelly, Ashley and their bridal party were legends on the day, a breeze to work with. The mood was high, the theme was relaxed and we just drifted around the farm having a great time. Once my job was done it was time to party on at the Burringbar Hall which was decked out amazingly. Well I’ll leave you to enjoy these little beauties.
