She can also string a sentence or two together pretty well in front of a crowd without jittering up – meaning no matter what kind of nerves are felt on the day, Sommer's got her couple’s backs, but certainly won’t take their spotlight!

Sommer and I have worked together a tonne of times over there years and it's a total understatement when I say she makes my job a whole lot easier. She is an absolute dream to work with. You see, a good celebrant can truely bring out emotions not only in the couple but from all the guest attending. A good celebrant can entertain without stealing the show, they can keep the vibes high and the ceremony feeling fresh without any lulls throughout. And what Sommer does best is tells and narrates a couples love story in such a way it incapsulates you so much you will be laughing, crying and feeling those hairs on the back of your neck. You are drawn in for the ride.
She dives deep into your love story, your back story and your family history. She puts in the work and it totally shows.

Sommer is certainly one of the best in her field.
So when it comes to photographing weddings or filming and creating wedding films, Sommer has already put down a lot of the ground work for my own wedding film story. The content is endless from the ceremony alone. I have amazing reactions from he crowd, I have tears, I have laughter, I have a ripper story of how they met, I have quirky new traditions (when a bride and groom had a bucket of KFC lol!) and I have plenty of emotional surprises even I didn't see coming. It's always a collaboration between a photographer or film maker and your suppliers on the wedding day. If you have the best suppliers, and especially celebrant, well you have the best opportunity to have the best photos and the best films. And Sommer is certainly one of the best in her field.
She ain't no celebrant that rocks up to read a few standard generic vows you hear at every wedding, she puts in the time to get to know each and every couple.

A epic banger of a wedding from start to finish. Jesika & Matt married at Pier 33 Mooloolaba after a 2 year wait thanks to our pandemic friend. Well it's easy to say now it sure was worth the wait. These two showed us how to do a wedding and do a wedding right. What a bloody killer day. Awesome vibes. Jesika and Matt you babes.

Emma & Adam. Where do I start. A couple of the most infectious, down to earth, all including, loving people you'll ever meet. They've lived a full life already, both before they first met and together over the past 9 years. But something tells me they are only just getting started. Adventures been and adventures to come, they are in the thick of one right now. The story how they've taken over a run down caravan park right before a pandemic and turned it into a camping and animal paradise.

You won't believe what happens next… I honestly have never seen so many surprises at one wedding EVER! Kayla & Sean were an absolute KFC bucket of laughs (pun attended). Kat and Kerrod, what can I say... It's been an epic journey. So the pressure was on to make sure the film matched the love story you've created. This particular story was set at the stunning The Old Dairy Maleny on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland, and well can I say any more! We've all been blown away by the amount of love and happiness this wedding day created between all the family and friends. Smiles, tears, love and plenty of banter that's for sure!
